As traditional, the competing BBQ teams, judges, volunteers, and our VIPs/sponsors (not open to the public) will have a Friday night potluck dinner following the Cooks’ Meeting in the main building where judging will take place. This year’s theme is Asian, which we are defining as reflecting any of the following cuisines: China, Taiwan, Japan, Thailand, Korea, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar/Burma, India, Pakistan, Singapore, Philippines, Mongolia, Asian Fusion.

Frank and Carol will be perusing, grazing, tasting, and will award a $75 cash prize to their personal favorite dish at the potluck. Make sure to label your dish with your name/team-name so we know who you are!
